    An avid Broker, real estate investor, husband and father, I have been involved with the real estate business since 1996 and have lived in the Wilmington area, with my family, since 1986. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing; I am a licensed Broker and a member of the National, State, and Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors (with Brunswick County MLS reciprocity) as well as an Accredited Buyer Representative and Relocation Specialist.

    Although I utilize the most powerful marketing tools and technological innovations that are so crucial to the real estate market, we cannot forget the basics-Value, Customer Service, and Trust must remain the most important aspects. I love my work in real estate and it shows.     I have lived and worked in and around Wilmington, NC most all of my life, spending 15 years in Emergency Services as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician. I caught the Real Estate "bug" several years ago when my wife and I began our adventure and entered the Real Estate Market to sell and buy a new home. I appreciated the experience tremendously of learning the in's and out's of buying and selling a home that I could see myself doing this as a career. Although my timing was not optimal, I completed my course and received my Brokers License in late summer 2008.
