An avid Broker, real estate investor, husband and father, I have been involved with the real estate business since 1996 and have lived in the Wilmington area, with my family, since 1986. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing; I am a licensed Broker and a member of the National, State, and Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors (with Brunswick County MLS reciprocity) as well as an Accredited Buyer Representative and Relocation Specialist.
Although I utilize the most powerful marketing tools and technological innovations that are so crucial to the real estate market, we cannot forget the basics-Value, Customer Service, and Trust must remain the most important aspects. I love my work in real estate and it shows. I treat my clients as I would want to be treated. Just to tell you a little about me. I'm a wife, mom, daughter, realtor,broker,sister, friend, and I probably have more titles I can't think of right now. I've been in Wilmington almost all of my life, and have loved every minute of it, it's a town that you can live in different parts of as your life progresses. My main loves of the area, are the beaches, and the downtown area. I attended school here, and have sent my children to school here, there are good public schools, as well as good private schools. I know Wilmington well, and can help you find a place that will be convenient to your work, recreation, as well as the schools you'd like to have your children attend. I am now with Chris Baynes and Associates, which means that there are more people on our team to help make your real estate experience one that goes easily and pleasantly. I have lived and worked in and around Wilmington, NC most all of my life, spending 15 years in Emergency Services as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician. I caught the Real Estate "bug" several years ago when my wife and I began our adventure and entered the Real Estate Market to sell and buy a new home. I appreciated the experience tremendously of learning the in's and out's of buying and selling a home that I could see myself doing this as a career. Although my timing was not optimal, I completed my course and received my Brokers License in late summer 2008. There was no doubt in my mind that I should align myself with the number one Real Estate Company in Wilmington so, naturally associating myself with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty and Chris Baynes & Associates was a no brainer. With years of experience, knowledge and know-how behind me, how could I go wrong. Now, this experience and expertise translates directly to you.
